At Roland Curtains, we design, engineer and manufacture curtainsides from new and used flatbed trailers.

So, what goes on in the curtainside trailer manufacturing process of these trailers?

The design of your curtainside trailer will adhere to your specific order requirements. We'll direct you as to the specific trailer dimensions that are required in advance, as each unit is manufactured to accommodate unique dimensional requirements.

Do you need a specific trailer built for your flatbed and shipping needs? Does your trailer need to allow for concentrated weight placements? We help fulfill this when engineering your specific order. We can also provide the entire unit (including a flatbed trailer manufactured to spec) or install the upper structure system on an existing flatbed trailer. As a third option we can also provide a complete upper structure kit for self-assembly and installation.

We construct our upper structures with a combination of aluminum and steel components. The structure is bolted to four different corners of the trailer chassis to create stress-relieving joints for durability and strength.

Additional custom design options include; center partitions, cargo control systems, sliding racks and fixed or removable posts are also options. These design choices are all available for you in the specification and engineering process when manufacturing curtainsiders.

Do you need a specific kind of curtainside door for your trailer? Choices include swing doors, roll-up doors and even PVC doors.

Would you like to add a custom curtain graphic to your order? Graphics can create a moving billboard for your trailer. Furthermore, they can make your trailers more recognizable, professional, and branded. We custom design silk-screen and digital graphics in-house. Depending on your preference, we'll design something that matches your business and your brand.

Our custom engineering and unique side access design is why we are a stand out in this industry. Yet, it's our personal relationship with the trucking and transportation marketplace that sets us apart. If you are currently in need of a new curtainside trailer, we're here to help!
